Just In: High Tension Electrocutes Widow, Son in Delta

It is a black day for the people of Eruemukohwarien community as a widow and her son electrocuted by an high tension cable.

According to report, the high tension cable which killed a widow simply identified as Mary and her son Prince, in the Eruemukohwarien community of Ughelli Local Government Area of Delta, was owned by the Benin Electricity Distribution Company.

It was reported that the sad incident occurred when the cable snapped on the roof of a market stall.

The circumstance however led to a electric shock which killed Mary, a widow, while trying to rescue her son, prince.

At the time of filing this report, no official statement from the community leader or Benin Electricity Distribution Company.
