Kingsley Otuaro Extols Goodluck Jonathan at 67

The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Deacon Kingsley Otuaro, has celebrated His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, GCFR, former President of Nigeria, on his 67th birthday.
