Late Mrs Magdalene Sologidi Buried Amid Tears

Late Mrs Magdalene Sologidi (Nee Bariki), who was born into the families of Bariki Agidigbo Gillow and Adipere of Okpokunou, Ndoro and Ayakoromo Comminities both in Burutu LGA, Delta State, has been finally buried amid tears.

Congress learnt that late Mrs Magdalene was a devoted member of the Roman Catholic Church, and learned the values of hard-working, dedication and resilience in trade, farming and fishing. She, however, contributed immensely to the family’s well-being, community involvements, deeply involved in volunteering activities for various causes and served as a communicant in the church.

Meanwhile, her active membership in the Catholic women organisations and participation in numerous church groups including Saint Vincent De Paul was a source of inspiration to those around her.

Meantime, the remains of late Mrs Magdalene were taken to St Stephen Catholic Church Ayakoromo in Bomadi Diocese on Saturday, 3rd August, 2024 for funeral mass, and her body was finally lowered in the grave.

However, Engr, Paul Krugbe, former second member of SUBEB, thanked each and everyone who devoted him or her time to come and sympathised with the family for the final burial rites of his beloved sister.
