Legal icon, BF Yeigagha for burial March 8 in Delta

Following the demise of a legal icon, Chief Barrister Benjamin Founkoro Yeigagha, the family has scheduled March 8, 2025 for proper funeral rites in his home town, Ayakoromo community in Burutu LGA Delta State.

Congress learnt that the respected legal practitioner who hailed from Ayakoromo and Akugbene communities died in a fatal accident which occurred around 7pm on Monday, November 18, 2024 along Oleh road in Delta State.

 

Congress gathered that the accident occurred while he was returning home from a court, and his vehicle was hit by another car. Despite efforts to save his life, he sadly passed away at 4:17am while being rushed to Lily Clinic at Warri.

 

The family invites friends, relatives, and well-wishers to join them as they bid farewell to their dear father and son, Chief Barr. B.F Yeigagha.

 

In a statement, the deceased brother, Engr. Henry Yeigagha said the general public is expected to attend and pay their last respects to the memory of Late Chief Barr. Benjamin Founkoro Yeigagha.

 

However, the burial ceremony promised to be a celebration of the life and legacy of the late legal icon, who will be deeply missed by his loved ones and the communities.
