PAP: Niger Delta Women Commend Dr. Otuaro for Successful Leadership Capacity Training

Prominent Niger Delta women group, the Association of Delta Ijaw Women for Peace and Culture (ADIWPAC), has commended the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, for the successful conclusion of the Batch Six Leadership Capacity Training Programme in Abuja.
In a statement, Amb. Mesahrun Ejiro Stella, described the initiative as a strategic investment in human capital development, noting that the training has equipped participants with leadership, conflict resolution, and community development skills that will contribute to lasting peace and sustainable development across the Niger Delta.
She praised Dr. Otuaro for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to empowering beneficiaries through capacity-building programmes, stating that the successful completion of Batch Six reflects the Administrator’s determination to reposition the Presidential Amnesty Programme as a platform for meaningful transformation.
According to her, the leadership training will produce a new generation of responsible leaders capable of promoting unity, peace, and development within their communities.
Amb. Stella further urged beneficiaries to make effective use of the knowledge acquired during the programme by becoming ambassadors of peace, good governance, and positive community engagement.
She reaffirmed the commitment of the Association of Delta Ijaw Women for Peace and Culture (ADIWPAC) to supporting initiatives that promote youth empowerment, peacebuilding, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta, while encouraging Dr. Otuaro to sustain the momentum through more impactful programmes for the region.
