Oluwo asks Nigerians to give President Tinubu more time.

Nigerians have been counselled to exercise patience with President Bola Tinubu as he continues to work to move the country toward higher things.

The counsel was delivered on Saturday during the 32nd Iwo Day Celebrations in Iwo by Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi, the Oluwo of Iwo.

Oba Akanbi also pleaded with the Federal Government to take further action to lessen the severe consequences of the elimination of subsidies for Nigerian citizens.

“Nigerians must have patience and allow President Bola Tinubu to improve the fortunes of the country,” he said.

“I am appealing to the Federal Government to keep on giving their best and write their names in gold.

“Although the Federal Government is already doing things to cushion the effect of subsidy removal, we still want them to do more.”
