Outrage as soldiers brutalize anti-grazing law enforcers in cross Rivers

Suspected Nigerian army personnel have brutalized some youths believed to have enforcing the anti-grazing law of cross Rivers state.

A trending video depict that the youths numbering ten were attacked when they were trying to chase out herdersmen grazing in the farmlands of Nde village, Ikom LGA of the state.

The incident has made Community leaders and monarchs and chiefs to have cried out to the governor of the state and top military authorities to prevail and brought justice to the victims.

The community leaders narrated that the youths pleaded with the herdsmen to leave their land after their cattle had destroyed almost all their farm produce.

It was gathered soldiers allegedly arrived the community and beat up their youths for asking the herdsmen to leave to avoid continuous destruction of their farmlands in the area.
