Ozobo consoles Gov Diri over father’s death

Foremost Niger Delta activist Comrade Ozobo Austin has sympathized with the governor of Bayelsa state, His Excellency senator Douye Diri over the passing on of his beloved father Pa Michael Diri on Sunday.

This was made available to newsmen in a statement which was signed by himself on Monday.

According to him, the death of Pa Diri is painful and a big blow to Ijaw nation, considering his wealth of experience, service to humanity and pragmatic leadership.

The statement averred: “I condole with His Excellency senator Douye Diri, his siblings and the entire PAPA family for the irreparable lost.

“The bereaved Pa Diri’s family and friends should take solace in God, the pains can only be cured by God. His service of good leadership will be forever remembered.

“May his departed soul repose in the Bossom of the Lord Almighty till the end comes, Amen”, he added.
