PAP: Phase 2 Leadership Applauds Ndiomu, Ijaw Leaders For Restoring Peace Among Aggrieved Ex-agitators

The Leadership of the Second Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP,  led by Oluto Wanemi has commended the Interim Administrator, Major-Gen Barry Ndiomu (rtd) for his prompt intervention in addressing the conflict bedeviling ex-agitators under phase 2, describing him as a true leader and father to Niger Delta people.

This is according a statement signed by Gen. Olotu Wanemi National chairman, PAP phase II, Gen. Clement wodo, Gen. Thomas Tenkiri, Gen. Salvation Rufus Ibena, Gen. Goddy Kaduna, Gen. Taye Amaebimo Obi, Gen. H.M Ebirie, Gen. Orinaemi heart, Gen. Akatakpo Charles and others on Tuesday.

The ex-agitators also commended elder Pa E.K Clark for calling both aggrieved parties to resolve their grievances to maintain lasting peace amongst them at his residence in Abuja in a meeting after a day of the alarming misunderstanding of second phase ex-agitators leadership.

The Ijaw leaders during the meeting at Pa.Clark residence reaffirmed Gen Olotu Wanemi as the national chairman phase II ex-agitators of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

The phase ll leadership also appreciated Ijaw leaders of various organizations, PANDEF, INC, Amb Boladei Igali and other concerned leaders of Niger Delta for re-uniting the aggrieved ex-agitators to work as one body.

The ex-agitators promised to continuously engage themselves to always agitate for the interest of the people and contribute meaningfully to the development of Niger Delta.
