PDP crisis gets messier as Wike, Ortom, 3 other govs shun campaign inauguration

The Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike, Ortom of Benue State, Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State, and Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State have reportedly shunned the official inauguration of the Campaign Council inauguration of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP on Wednesday.

It was gathered that Wike and his team could not state any reason for their absence at the party’s Campaign Council flag-off.

Also, some other stakeholders loyal to Governor Wike were absent at the inauguration which took place at the International Conference Centre, Abuja on Wednesday.

It was learned only PDP governors who still confided with the party’s presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar attended the event.
