PDP primaries: Festus Utuama emerges as flagbearer of Ughelli South Constituency

The People’s Democratic Party PDP, has declared Hon. Festus Utuama as winner of Ughelli South Constituency party primaries.

The party’s primary in Ughelli South was keenly contested by
14 aspirants including the incumbent assembly member Hon. Reuben Izeze.

Congress gathered that the incumbent member lost to Festus Utuama who won with 12votes.
