Police arrest suspect for raping 11-year-old girl in Edo

The Nigeria Police operatives have arrested a young man identified as Collins Idahbor for allegedly raping an 11years old girl identified as Glory on her way to fetch water.

According to the source, the victim was sent to fetch water by her parents when Collins Idahbor, a father of two molested her, dragged her into an uncompleted building and raped her.

An eyewitness who saw the little girl said the unfortunate incident had left the poor girl in severe pain as she was soaked in blood.

A Twitter user who posted the incident said that the incident happened on Friday, April 29 in Benin Edo State.
The eyewitness said the suspect’s family was promising of paying any amount (money) to die down the case.

The police could not be reached for comment at the time of filing this report.
