President Tinubu Meets With PDP’s G-5 Governors

President Bola Tinubu has on Thursday June 8,  held a meeting with the G5 governors of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in Abuja’s Presidential Villa.

The meeting at the President’s office is being attended by all five of the group’s members, who worked against the presidential candidate of their party, Atiku Abubakar.

They are Sam Ortom, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Okezie Ikpeazu, Nyesom Wike, the leader of the group and the former governor of Rivers State and Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde were in attendance.

A week ago, former Rivesr governor, Nyesom Wike and Oyo State Governor, Makinde met the President in the White House.

The meeting’s agenda is not yet known, but it was learned that it may be connected to ongoing discussions between the President and important figures as his new government takes shape.
