Rev. Ft Dr Oghenojode Abaka gets new Appointment

Renowned Rev. Father, Dr Oghenojode Abaka has been appointed Spiritual Father to the Coalition of Delta Indigenous Youth Leaders Forum.

The body which stands as an umbrella body to the youths in the state, ranging from Communities, Kingdoms, Ethnic Nationalities and Voluntary Youth Organizations in Delta State made the decoration and the official conferment on Saturday.

In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Organization who was represented by his Deputy, Comr Ozobo Austin, that the appointment was done in line with the decision of the State Executive Council and Members of the Organization in recognition of the Father’s constant strategic roles in nation building, especially in the inculcation of Peace, Religious tolerance, Cultural development as well as his contributions to the general public, especially the youths of Delta State.

While responding, Rev. Ft Oghenojode Abaka assured the Organization his absolute support to ensure the achievement of the organization’s set goals and objectives, adding that the Organization’s aims and objectives are in line with the current needs of the State, and every well meaning Deltan would like to see the Youths thinking in this direction.

He appreciated the leadership of the Organization for the noble step targeted towards uniting with Stakeholders to positively transform the State.

He however charged the youths of Delta State to remain positive minded and join hands with the Government and other Stakeholders as detailed in their aims and objectives to work out a crime free society where love and unity dowels continually.
