Chukwuemeka Aaron, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) acting chairman in Rivers State, claims that the party is not attempting to further the interests of any ethnic community inside the state.
Speaking in Port Harcourt, Aaron claimed that people who opposed Governor Siminialayi Fubara during the election were now attempting to make trouble by entering through the back door, but their schemes would not succeed.
He assured them that there would be harmony in the party and urged them to give up their nefarious scheme for the sake of the nation.
For Fubara to succeed, the State PDP Chairman also urged party members in the state to support him.
