Stop Selling Fake Electrical Products to Curb Fire Outbreak- Chief Anthony

The Standard Organization of Nigeria, (SON )has been changed to ensure that only quality electrical appliances are allowed and Sales in the country to curb the issues of Fire outbreaks in our buildings.

The charge was made by Chief Anthony Abiakam when he received an award from Dome Magazine in Kaduna.

Chief Anthony who is also the Chairman and Chief executive officer, of Tonex Integrated Resources Limited, said Standard Organization of Nigeria should ensure only the quality electrical appliances are been sold in all our markets.

“You can see someone will spend millions of Naira in building his House but due to the using of substandard electrical products, the house will just get bound .so there is a need for the regulatory body to ensure the use of quality electrical appliances in all our buildings.”

He added that is high time that we stop patronizing fake products not only electrical appliances but all building materials, because in the same House you built you will reside with your family hence the need to buy quality Products.

Earlier the Chief Publisher of Dome Magazine, Dr, Sani Garba said Chief Anthony Abiakam was recognized best for his selling of quality products and humanitarian intervention to society,

He therefore called on all Nigerians to ensure that they use quality electrical products in their housing to avoid the menace of fire outbreaks in our homes and offices also charges SON to keep to its mandate in checkmating fake products and ensure only quality products are only sales in our markets.
