Tenure of office of Governor under
Section 180(2)(a) says; In the case of a person first elected as Governor under this Constitution, he took the Oath of Allegiance and oath of office; then
DISQUALIFICATION under Section 182(1)(b) which says; he has been elected to such office at any two previous elections;

On this issue, going by the provisions of Section 180(2)(a) and 182(1)(b) which envisaged that, Chief Timipre Sylva having allegedly occupied the office of governor of Bayelsa state May 29, 2007 to April 15, 2008 and May 27, 2008 to January 27, 2012.

This is the contending issue before the court and the public await the outcome of it.
My thought please!.
