Benzema Sets To Leave Madrid This Summer

35-year-old award-winning footballer, Karim Benzema is set to quit the Real Madrid club this summer.

The latest development was confirmed by Real Madrid that the striker will be leaving the club upon the expiration of his contract.

According to a statement by the football club, it affirmed that Real Madrid and Captain Karim Benzema have agreed to pathways.

Real Madrid described Benzema as one of the greatest legends in the football profession.

The club asserted that Benzema had agreed to end his brilliant and unforgettable period as a player for the club.

Real Madrid maintained that Benzema’s career at the club has been a perfect example of professionalism, which has represented the values of the club.

The club stated that Real Madrid and fans throughout the globe have enjoyed his magical and unique style of playing football, which made him the “Greatest of All Time”.

Real Madrid, however, told Benzema that he should further relate with the club, and choose the football club as his home.

Recall, Benzema joined the football club in the year 2019 and he scored 353 goals with assists in his 647 appearances.
