This is according to s statement by Alake after President Tinubu received a visit from President Umaro Sissoco Embaló of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau at his home in Ikoyi, Lagos, on Saturday.
Although the visit was personal, he claimed that President Embaló used it as an opportunity to express his support for and readiness to work with Nigeria under President Tinubu.
Additionally, he also emphasized that Embaló, who is currently the Chairman of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, was able to strengthen bilateral ties as a result of the visit.
President Embalo praised President Tinubu’s admirable policy initiatives over the past month and claimed that the international community as a whole had been praising the Nigerian leader’s enormous strides.
