Tribunal: Frank Nweke Withdraws Petition Against Mbah

Frank Nweke, the Enugu state gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, in the March 18 poll has withdrawn his petition against the state governor, Peter Mbah.

Nweke withdraws the petition through an oral application by his counsel, R A C E Achara.

Recall, Nweke came third in the gubernatorial poll with 17,983 votes, while Mbah poll had 160,895 votes.

Nweke stated that he withdrew the petition filed against Mbah to reduce the workload of the tribunal.

However, the tribunal granted the wish and dismissed the petition accordingly.
