PAP: NAPAS Lauds Dr Otuaro, Congratulates Successful Delegates For Abroad Scholarship

The National Association of Presidential Amnesty Students (NAPAS) Worldwide has commended the administrator of the presidential Amnesty programme, Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro for the commitment for the PAP scholarship scheme while extending its heartfelt congratulation to all the scholars who have earned the great opportunity to school abroad.

This was contained in a statement signed by its national president Comr. Ebidouwei Messiah Miyenpirigha which a copy was sent to Congress correspondent.

While congratulating the successful delegates for the abroad scholarship, Miyenpirigha emphasised, “Your journey to the UK is not just about academic pursuit, but it is about representing the dreams and aspirations of the Niger Delta people. We are confident that you will excel, make us proud, and return home better equipped to contribute positively to our various communities.

“On Thursday, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief (Dr.) Dennis Brutu Otuaro, hosted 140 students across the Niger Delta Region who are set to travel to the United Kingdom (UK) for their postgraduate studies under the PAP Offshore Scholarship Scheme.

“This remarkable initiative reflects the Administrator’s unwavering commitment to advancing education, empowering our youth, and building capacity in the Niger Delta through knowledge and global exposure. Indeed, Chief (Dr.) Dennis Otuaro’s visionary leadership continues to open doors of opportunity that will catalyze and shape the future of our people for greater job opportunities and self-reliance.

“On behalf of the entire students of the National Association of Presidential Amnesty Students (NAPAS) Worldwide, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the scholars who have earned this great opportunity.
