Nat’l Leader of 3rd Phase Ogidigba Congratulates Dr Otuaro on Birth Anniversary, Describes Him As Visionary Leader

The National Leader of the 3rd Phase Presidential Amnesty Programme, Gen. Godstime Ogidigba, has congratulated Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, on his birthday celebration.

This was contained in a statement signed by himself which a copy was sent to Congress correspondent on Tuesday.

The statement commended Dr Dennis Otuaro reforms and best practices administered at making PAP as the most performing federal government programs in the country.

Your tireless efforts in promoting peace and development in the Niger Delta region have earned you widespread respect and admiration. Your strategic approach to enhancing training and empowerment schemes under the amnesty program has brought new hope to ex-agitators and contributed significantly to the socio-economic stability of the region.

“We celebrate your visionary leadership, dedication to peaceful conflict resolution, and profound contributions to the rehabilitation and reintegration of former militants into society. Your emphasis on dialogue, reconciliation, and sustainable development has strengthened peace in the region, and your advocacy for unity among various ethnic groups has been instrumental in fostering collective progress.
