Amnesty 3rd Phase National Chairman Praises Otuaro’s Laptop Distribution Drive

General Godstime Ogidigba, National Chairman of Amnesty 3rd Phase, has commended Dr. Dennis Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), for distributing laptops to students at Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko, Delta State and other schools across the globe.

Ogidigba applauded Otuaro’s commitment to empowering Niger Delta youths through education, describing the initiative as “timely and impactful”. He thanked Otuaro for prioritizing education and supporting students in the region.

The laptop distribution is part of PAP’s Education for Empowerment (E4E) Mandate Campaign, aimed at enhancing students’ learning capacity and productivity. The campaign has received support from stakeholders, who applaud Otuaro’s dedication to the cause
