The summit is being organised by the Endybexx Initiative for Children and Women Development in collaboration with the Ayakoromo Federated Youth Movement (AFYM), with a focus on public sensitisation, responsible citizenship, youth participation and sustainable community development.

The event, scheduled for Saturday, November 28, 2026, will commence at 9:00 a.m. at the Ayakoromo Playground, Ayakoromo Town, under the leadership of Comrade Kemezi Obudu Kemezi, the 19th Youth President of AFYM and Chief Host.

Ambassador Endurance Bekenawel Nwachukwu, Executive Director and Convener of the Endybexx Initiative, and Comrade Akposeye Andrew Ebiakpo, Chairman of the Summit Committee, are also expected to play key roles in the event.

According to the organisers, the summit is designed to bring together community leaders, youths, women, civil society organisations and other stakeholders to deliberate on challenges affecting the community and promote practical solutions.

The organisers said particular emphasis would be placed on preventing drug abuse and gender-based violence, protecting the environment and encouraging young people to take an active role in building a safer, healthier and more progressive community.

They called on residents and stakeholders to participate actively in the summit, describing it as a collective platform for dialogue, awareness and community advancement.

The organisers further described the event as “One Summit, One Community, A Shared Commitment to Progress,” urging the people of Ayakoromo and surrounding communities to embrace the initiative.
