A car plunges into a pit in Delta

A Lexus car with Lagos plate number BDG 558ET plunged into a drainage pit along Beta glass area in Ughelli/Warri expressway, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State on Tuesday afternoon.

It was learnt that the driver was trapped in the car after it plunged into the drainage pit till sympathizers came to his rescue.

He was unconscious after being rescued and was revived by the efforts of sympathizers.

When asked whether he was sleeping, he said he was never sleeping but could not explain what caused the accident.
