The Action Alliance, or AA, has expressed outrage over the military drone attack that occurred in Tudun Biri, Igabi Local Government Area, Kaduna State, and resulted in multiple deaths and injuries.
In a statement released on Tuesday, Dr. Adekunle Rufai Omo-Aje, the National Chairman of AA, expressed its sympathies to the state’s residents and Governor Uba Sani.
He conveyed the party’s sadness over the assault that claimed the lives of numerous innocent bystanders and seriously injured a number of others.
The party said, “The accidental bombing by the Nigerian military during an operation against bandits in a Kaduna village is a matter of serious concern regarding the safety and well-being of civilians in conflict zones.
“Steps should be put in place to avoid future occurrence.”
Along with other Nigerians, the AA National Chairman demanded a comprehensive probe into the situation.
He praised Senator Uba Sani, the governor of Kaduna State, for his swift action in responding to the regrettable situation.
