Just In: Fire Razes Popular Warri Market

The popular Ogbe-Ijoh Market in Warri, Delta State has been razed by fire on Tuesday night.

Congress gathered that the fire outbreak occurred in the midnight when traders had left for home.

A close source said the fire breakout happened at about 11: pm and lasted till 4:am before residents put off the inferno.

According to the source, property worth millions of naira and including hundreds of shops were destroyed.

Recall, the market had experience several fire outbreak over the years with no support from government and relevant authorities.
