Angry youths attack, beat up BEDC staff over attempt to disconnect light

Some suspected area youths were seen chasing after a yet to be identified BEDC staff with ladder over an attempt to disconnect the area from power supply.

In a video posted by Abuchi Onwumelu on Facebook on Tuesday showed how the angry area youths were chasing the BEDC official with ladder to stopped him from disconnecting the area.

Apparently, the youths were seen pursuing him with ladder when he had already claimed to the top of the electric pole.

The BDEC official was seen hanging on the electric cable in attempt to escape the anger of the area youths.

The poster said the incident occurred in Warri Delta state but other disputed that it wasn’t happened in Warri.
