AVIATION MINISTRY APPOINTS HENRY AGBEBIRE AS FAAN DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL DUTIES

The Federal Ministry of Aviation has appointed Henry Agbebire as Director of Special Duties. Mr Henry Agbebire is an oriented professional with over 29 years of specialized experience in human capital development, project management, consultancy, life coaching, and publishing.
Highly skilled with a superior record of surpassing
expectations, he has achieved personal and corporate objectives as demonstrated by the successful completion of sundry personnel development consultancy projects and the publication of several self-development books.
Until his recent appointment as Director of Special Duties, Henry was the Special Assistant to the Honorable Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, on Special Assignment to FAAN to report on airport administration and operations
(South West).
He was a member of the special Ministerial Task Force set up to oversee the smooth transition of airlines from the old terminal to the new terminal.
Henry has spent over twenty years in the corporate training and learning development sector, providing professional services to leading organisations – corporate and government.
He has also worked as a Senior Special Assistant at THE SENATE and NATIONAL ASSEMBLY.
As a team player with highly developed interpersonal, communication, persuasive, and coordinating skills, Henry has good networking skills with an ability to relate to all levels of business, social and political contacts.
Henry is reputed for his Communication and culture change program through training in leading banks and other corporate organisations in Nigeria.
His vast experience, skills, knowledge and energy from working and consulting for reputable corporate and government organisations prepare him adequately to take up the role of Director of Special Duties at FAAN, where he is expected to
drive the organisation’s change programme and take up all special projects required to invigorate the system and cause the much-desired transformation in the aviation industry.
Henry Agbebire has a first degree (B.A.) and master’s degree (M.A.) from the University of Benin and the University of Lagos, respectively. He is married with children and has authored 16 published books.
