Bigborogha ll Royal Family Appreciates Gov Oborevwori, Traditional Rulers, Political Leaders, Ijaw Nation For Solidarity, Support

Following the completion of the Eight days funeral rites of Bigborogha ll, the royal family has expressed her profound gratitude to His Excellency, RT. Hon. Elder Sheriff Oborevwori, the governor of Delta State, Ijaw traditional rulers and other traditional rulers across Niger Delta, political leaders, business leaders and the entire Ijaw nation for their unwavering support and solidarity during the final passage rites of the late Bigborogha II, HRM Pere S.H Hitler Perekeme of Ngbilebiri-Mein Kingdom, Burutu LGA, Delta State.

In a statement, she described the final passage rites of the departed monarch which was held in Kiagbodo town, the traditional headquarters of Ngbilebiri-Mein Kingdom as befitting, colourful and peaceful.

She commended the governor’s leadership and commitment to the well-being of the Ijaw people. Beauty also commended the traditional rulers and political leaders for their presence and contributions to the successful celebration of the late monarch’s life.

The royal family appreciated the Ijaw nation for their solidarity and support during their moment of grief, saying it demonstrated the unity and strength of the Ijaw people.

The statement reads, “The royal family deeply appreciate the condolences, kind words, and gestures of support extended to us during this difficult time. Your presence and contributions to the funeral rites evidence the respect and esteem in which our late leader was held.

“Thank you for standing with us in our moment of grief. May the legacy of Bigborogha II continue to inspire and guide us towards a brighter future.”, She added.
