Bomadi Community buries 7 illustrious daughters one day

Tears and wailing beclouded the atmosphere of Bomadi Community as it buried the seven ill-fated wedding victims on Wednesday.
The community gathered amidst tears and deep sorrow to say farewell to the departed souls.
Congress gathered that about seven daughters of the community died in a fatal road accident when they were returning from a wedding ceremony at Orogun community in Delta State on Sunday.
It was reported that the driver of the car they boarded lost control, veered off the road and plunged into a river.
The car was conveying 10 passengers when it crashed but report said seven persons died, while three survived.
Shockingly, all the seven dead victims were women. Since the incident, the community has been thrown into mourning.
According to the custom and tradition, the deceased women were given mass burial on Wednesday 25th August, 2021 at Bomadi Community, Bomadi Local Government Area of Delta State.
