BREAKING: NLC shuts down Nigeria as Airports, Banks, Schools Remain Locked

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) have embarked on an indefinite strike over the minimum wage crisis, and the strike is expected to last until the government agrees to their demand of over N400,000 minimum wage for each worker.
The strike has paralysed activities at the Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos and the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, with hundreds of passengers barred from boarding their flights.
However, Aviation unions have locked the entrance gates to the domestic terminals in both airports
The strike may also cause widespread power outages, fuel shortages, and transportation disruptions, as essential services will be disrupted.
