BREAKING: Suspected herdsmen kill 15 in Agatu, Benue

Suspected herdsmen have again killed about 15 persons in an attack in Ugboju community in the Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State.

Congress gathered that the attackers, who have been conducting ceaseless attacks on the area for the past two weeks, stormed the village on Wednesday evening, killing residents massively.

An eyewitnesses said, many people are still missing, and search teams were actively combing the bushes for any remaining survivors.

The member representing Agatu Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Godwin Edoh, who lamented over the fresh wave of killings, confirmed that the incident occurred on Wednesday.
