Spencer Okpoye, Commissioner representing the Ijaw nationality in the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC). Since his appointment, Hon. “Under his stewardship, numerous initiatives have been successfully implemented that have benefited our communities, and we believe he remains dedicated to the development of the oil-producing areas and the protection of our shared interests.
