Fanfare: Gbaramatu agog as Mulade buries mother

The ancient Gbaramatu kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area was agog with dignatries across South South as the foremost Niger Delta environmentalist Chief Sheriff Mulade buried his mother Mrs Ebikeseye Mulade (nee Timiyan) in Kokodiagbene community on Friday.Among dignatries were Chief Favour Izuokumor, former Ijaw Commissioner, board of DESOPADEC, Comrade Paul Bebenimibo current Ijaw Commissioner in the board of DESOPADEC, Hon. Comrade Ozobo Austin, Special Assistant to the governor of Delta state on political matters, Dr. Alfred Mulade, registrar Nigerian Maritime University, Okerenkoko, president Comrade community, Princewill Binebai and other members, various online Publishers and members of Nigeria Union of journalists, NUJ, numerous traditional Chiefs and many more.However sympathizers who trooped into Kokodiagbene community bids Mrs Ebikeseye Mulade farewell as she was buried amidst tears.Chief Mulade who is a Delta state governorship aspirant expressed sadness over the sudden passage of his beloved mother, adding that she died at a time her moral support is needed most.He however, expressed gratitude to dignitaries who came from far and wide to grace his mother’s funeral ceremony.
