The 2024 Appropriations Bill has been presented to the state House of Assembly by Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
The five members of the house who support the governor made the presentation on Wednesday during a plenary session.
The development is occurring just moments after the state government started demolishing the House of Assembly structure, according to a reliable Source.
Remember that 27 members of the House, who support Nyesom Wike, the former governor of the state and minister of the Federal Capital Territory, defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).
On Wednesday, the governor delivered the budget; the 27 parliamentarians were not there.
