Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has predicted that President Bola Tinubu’s administration will be establishing an independent telecommunications firm.

Despite the government’s best efforts to keep it operating, Ayodele predicted that the company would fail due to numerous crises that would overwhelm it.

He made this assertion on Wednesday along with the knowledge that the telecom company would not survive.

In a statement that was signed by his media assistant, Osho Oluwatosin, he said,

“I see the government coming up with its own telecommunication giant, but it will not succeed,” the speaker declared. Although there will be various crises to contend with, the government will make every effort to guarantee that it occurs. It won’t get up.

He added that tariffs, VAT, and data would all rise along with the implementation of a new telecom policy in the nation.

The clergyman discussed the emergence of 6G and technology in the field.

”Nigeria will soon have a new telecommunications policy, and we should anticipate increases in data, VAT, and tariffs.

“A new regulatory framework will be implemented, along with modifications to the license renewal procedure. By the end of 2024, they will begin the 6G process”, he said.
