IMO: APC in early lead as results trickle in from polling units

According to records from APC party agents at various polling units in over 4000 polling units, said APC is in a early lead.

The party stated, “our party’s governorship candidate and the #PeoplesGovernor of Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator is in early lead from the results already declared.

“Our candidate’s lead, is gapping that of his fellow contestants such a gap that it was near a consensus votes.

“Results compiled which and already been officially declared by the election umpire, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) showed that our candidate has won over 80% of the results so far called.

The election in the state had so far been adjudged very peaceful and impressive by observers as there were only very few cases of violence in a place or two out of the entire 4758 polling units in the state.

“We commend the electorates for voting massively for our candidate and for returning him to continue the good works he is doing in the state.

“We will keep updating the general public of our candidate’s unassailable leads as more results are declared”, they added.
