Imo Guber: INEC debunks alleged removal of passwords needed to submit results

Reports had it that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has removed the password for the uploaded election results from the Local Government Supervisors in Imo were refuted by the commission on Saturday.

The report was deemed false and fake news -according to the electoral umpire.

Chief Press Secretary signed the report by INEC Chairman Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi.

Reports that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had removed the password for the uploaded election results from the Local Government Supervisors in Imo were refuted by the commission on Saturday.

“All the passwords have been securely released for use by designated officials in line with the Commission’s procedure.
