Insecurity: NSCDC pledges to draft additional men to Wukari

The Taraba State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, said additional security will be deployed to the Wukari local government council of the state.

The point as per the state Commandant, Adamu Salihu, is to stem the tide of uncertainty as of now upsetting the gathering and its environs.

He expressed this on Saturday when he visited the Administrator of the Taraba State Chamber of Customary Rulers, who serves as the Aku-Uka of Wukari, Manu Adda Ali, in his royal residence.

The commandant, who conceded he is completely mindful of the security challenges upsetting the board and the state at large, said the order would investigate every possibility to flush out reprobates.

He said the NSCDC was working diligently, close to other security organizations to guarantee security in the state.

Overpowered by the visit, the ruler lauded the NSCDC and other security offices for their endeavours in guaranteeing business as usual nearby.

Mourning that the board was as yet confronted with a horde of safety challenges, he engaged the order to draft more men to the impacted regions.

He said, “I need to beg you, the Commandant, to expand the number of men here and prepare them sufficiently with the goal that they can assist us with battling the hazard of frailty all the more really.”
