Jubilation as Chief Honesty wins PDP primary ticket for Ovia North East constituency in Edo

So much smiles could be seen in the faces of many Ijaws and Benin speaking people in Ovia North East constituency of Edo State as a foremost Chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Honesty Adodo emerged as the standard bearer of the party’s primaries in Ovia North East Constituency seat.

Chief Honesty who hailed from Ijaw in the state won other contestants in the Constituency seat with a landslide victory to grab the ticket on Sunday.

However, Chief Honesty had been described as a philanthropist, a man of integrity and credible. He was reportedly supported massively by the Benins who are majority in the constituency due to his dependable character.

However, Ijaws in the State thanked the Benins in the constituency for the show of love and the massive support to make Ijaw a flagbearer in constituency for the first time in history.
