JUST IN: Ayakoromo buries fire victims in tears

Ayakoromo community in Burutu Local Government Area has been thrown into tears and mourning as the community buried two fire victims on Tuesday afternoon.

The incident occurred in Imo state on July 26, 2021 when suspected fire explosion rocked their place of work and consumed them.

Source who spoke in confidence said the victims died on the spot as they were badly burnt before the arrival of rescuers.

The deceased bodies arrived the town from Imo state in the afternoon of Tuesday.

The names of the deceased fire victims were given as Mr. Peremobowei Ayafou and Mr. Michael Dauyougha.

A crowd of sympathizers have stormed the community across Delta state to give them last respect.

Congress gathered that the deceased persons who hailed from Ayakoromo community had earlier migrated to Imo state for menial jobs to meet live demands.

The dead bodies had been in Imo state morgue since the incident.
