Just in: Ukrainian forces allegedly capture Russian military general

Following the ongoing counteroffensive, the Ukrainian side has allegedly captured a Russian military general suspected to be Andrei Sychevoi in Kharkiv city.

Recall, that the Ukrainian military had been in an aggressive push to recapture all captured territories of the Russian troops in the previous weeks.

The Ukrainian media now claims the man is ‘likely’ to be Andrei Sychevoi, who is a high-ranking Lieutenant-General and commander of Russia’s Group of Forces West.

The report said several Russian military personnel had been seized and taken to prison custody in Ukraine.
