Following disagreements in the Egbema kingdom on the procedures of the installation of the new king, the President General of the Egbema Youth Council (EYC), Comrade City Kelvin Eferusuoa has advised the Egbema Traditional Council of Chiefs, Egbema Leaders of Thoughts, and the entire Youths of the kingdom to avoid any activity that is capable of aggravating the tense situation in the kingdom.

Eferusuoa who said the kingdom can’t achieve meaningful development in an atmosphere of rancour, called on the leadership of the kingdom at the various levels to be development agents.

This was contained in a statement signed by himself which a copy of it was sent to a Congress correspondent on Monday.

The Youth leader enjoined all the indigenes and residents of the Kingdom to join hands with him by making meaningful contributions that would bring much-desired peace, growth, and development to the kingdom.

“As Elders and Youths of our dear Kingdom, let’s join hands together to make the kingdom grow and avoid any action that will bring disunity in our kingdom. We do not have any other kingdom apart from our dear Egbema, so let us advise our brothers and sisters to shun nepotism and other acts that will bring crisis to our Kingdom. It is time all hands must be on deck to move the kingdom forward,” he added.
