By Stephen
Hon. Andaye Rawlings Dagidi, Executive Chairman of Bomadi Local Government Area in Delta State, has commenced the execution of capital projects in line with his administration’s commitment to replicating Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E. Agenda.
During an inspection tour of ongoing projects, Dagidi assured the people of Bomadi that his administration would deliver democracy dividends at the grassroots level using available resources. He also urged the community to maintain peace and provide an enabling environment for development.
The inspected projects include, State High Court access road, High Court building and judges’ lodge renovation, Local Government Council Pavilion renovation, Local Government Vice Chairman’s Residential Building and Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori Ultra-modern Multi-purpose Event Centre.
Dagidi emphasised his administration’s commitment to creating a conducive environment for judges to reside and perform their duties in Bomadi. He noted that the council took over the road project initiated by an individual and awarded contracts for the construction of a three-bedroom duplex for high court judges.
Within 30 days in office, the administration has embarked on project execution, consulting with leaders and the electorate to achieve development goals. Dagidi assured that all dilapidated structures in the council secretariat would be renovated, and the grassroots development agenda would be pursued passionately.
He reiterated his commitment to delivering on campaign promises and replicating Governor Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E. Agenda in Bomadi Local Government Area.
