NASS 2023: Pondi Crusaders canvass for support, commend his developmental stride

A group under the auspices of Julius Pondi Crusaders, JPC have canvassed for support to return Rt. Hon Julius Pondi, member representing Burutu federal constituency, in the House of Representatives, a two-term lawmaker back to the national assembly.

The statement was made available to Congress correspondent in Warri on Monday. The chairman of the group, Comr. Timi Jebbah thanked Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi for receiving the group during their visit to his office on 25th of March 2022, in Warri, Delta state.

JPC appreciated him for the good works he has been doing for the people of Burutu Federal Constituency, adding that he had touched the lives of youths, women, men and students positively.

According to the group, “As the name implies, Julius Pondi Crusaders ‘Stands to Testify’ his good works to the people of Burutu Federal constituency. He deserved third term. We should support and return him to the Green Chamber to continue his good works.

“The crusading activities which we have already embarked upon is our way of saying ‘Thank You to Rt Hon. Julius G Pondi’ for his developmental stride”.

The group also assured Hon. Julius Pondi that, JPC would continue to Testify even after the general elections come 2023, to make constituents abreast with his good works.

In the same vein, the Treasurer of JPC Comr. Odikeme B. Benedict also commented on the good works of Rt. Hon. Julius Pondi is doing in the constituency.

He described Pondi as a saviour to Burutu Federal Constituency, noting that Rt Hon. Julius Pondi Crusaders and the majority of Burutu People were very happy to have him as their Leader.

Comr. Odikeme further stated: ” the JPC is here to serve as a disciple that is willing to testify the good works of Hon. Julius Pondi to both the young and old in the Constituency and beyond”.

In this regard, Hon. Lucky Ezebri appreciated JPC for their support and good works on the social media space. He said the JPC campaign is a unique one, stating that the team should keep the tempo on.

Ezebri posited that there is no ward in Burutu Federal Constituency that does not have any Visible Project done by Pondi, adding that the facts are verifiable.

In his remarks, Pondi also thanked the team for their support so far, noting that he has seen the good work the JPC team had been doing.

Speaking further, Pondi promised to fulfil all that the team demanded in the campaigns in the Rural Communities, narrating that majority of the rural people in the constituency does not have the access to the Social Media, hence making it difficult for them to be aware of what he’s doing.

Pondi encouraged the team to continue with the good work and also advised the team to participate in grassroots politics.

However, Comr. Nakade Felagha on behalf of the team thanked Pondi for his kindness and generosity while making closing remarks, asserting that his leadership potentials are worthy of emulation.

He also appreciated him for promising to support and provide all that the team needs for their campaign. He also said the team will take the campaign to all communities to Testify his good works until Victory is achieved.
