Oborevwori appoints commissioner for information, justice, other

The governor of Delta State Sheriff Oborevwori has forwarded the names of Commissioners-designate for Justice, Information and Chieftaincy Affairs to the State House of Assembly for confirmation.

According to report, the governor sent the names to the Speaker of the State of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on Tuesday.

It was gathered that Oborevwori appointed Dr Ifeanyi Osuoza as Commissioner for information.

However, Dr Ifeanyi Osuoza was the Publicity Secretary of the Delta State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The Governor also appointed Mr. Ekemejero Ohwovoriole, SAN, as the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.

Moreover, Ekemejero Ohwovoriole SAN is the son of late Paul Milton Ohvwovoriole, SAN, from Olomu kingdom in Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Ohvwovoriole Until his nomination as the Delta State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice was one of the lead Counsel to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori election cases from the tribunal to Supreme Court.

While Kanemala Penewou was appointed as the commissioner Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
