Ogochukwu Seeks Damages for Doctor’s Negligence

Okoye Ogochukwu is seeking justice after suffering severe complications from a botched Caesarean section at Faith City Hospital in Ajao Estate. According to Congress News, Ogochukwu underwent the C-section in May 2023, but experienced swelling and complications due to particles left inside her during the operation.

Despite undergoing a second surgery at the same hospital, her condition worsened, costing her approximately ₦3 million. A third surgery was also performed, but her situation remains unresolved.

Ogochukwu is demanding that Faith City Hospital refund her money and apologize for their negligence, which has exacerbated her condition instead of improving it. However, the hospital’s lack of response has raised serious concerns about their accountability and quality of healthcare services.”
