Police eliminate robbery suspect in Warri

A notorious armed robbery suspect has been shot dead by policemen attached to “B” Division in Warri, Delta State on Thursday,l morning.

It was learned that the suspect was murdered at 1st Marine Gate in Warri, in alleged exchange of gunfire with the Police.

Source said after the police had killed the ring leader, other of his gang members fled with serious bullet injuries.

However, the police operatives didn’t disclose whether some items were discovered from the suspects.

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe confirmed the incident when contacted.
