Resident lauds Obasiki for improved security in Inikorogha, mile 3
By Stephen Asaba-ase
Residents of Inikorogha and mile 3 communities have appreciated the governor of Edo State, Godwin Obasiki for beefing up security in the area following the reports of incessant criminal activities.
The commendable was made by a clergyman, Pastor Justice Ofiemu, SA to the local government on Education while speaking in an interview with our correspondence in the Inikorogha community.
The clergy stated: “My name is Pastor Justice Ofiemu, S.A to the local government on Education, we sincerely appreciate the Governor for the things he has been doing in this place, especially the road, every body is happy over the current development of things, this is rainy season but the road is still 15 minute smooth drive.
“Meanwhile, this Mile 3 market was like an abandoned zone and everybody was crying due to criminal activities and bad roads but today with the efforts of the Governor, who has cleared criminals, graded the road and construction ongoing, it has attracted a lot of persons from Lagos and else where to come to do business with us here.
“However, Mr Governor, our humble plea is that, the women need good market houses for a thriving business in the Mile 3 area. Then in terms of the forthcoming Governorship election, we are fully ready to give our support to the PDP candidate to continue the good works of his predecessor, not that we are forcing our people but they will vote willingly because they have seen that this government is good. So l want to use this medium to appreciate and thank the Governor.
“Lastly our own brothers, Comrade Godstime Ogidigba and Hon. Daniel Ezekiel whom God has used to bring peace and harmony, in fact even their enemies must be raining praises on them, because we can go to our farms and come peacefully without been molested or flocked or raped. We sincerely appreciate their leadership qualities, thank you!.”, he emphasised.
